Book of the Week: The Art of Mexican Cooking

Just before Christmas my Mom and I took a tamale making class at a local museum. It was so much fun! The woman who taught the class highly recommended The Art of Mexican Cooking by Diana Kennedy. My Mom ended up buying it for me for Christmas and I love it.


You might recall a recipe post from a while back where I made chiles rellenos, beans, and rice. I definitely referenced this book in the process and ended up using Kennedy's rice recipe... it was delicious. You can purchase The Art of Mexican Cooking here
