Bright Idea: Chalkboard Paint

Yes, I know... chalkboard paint has been a around for a while, but there are so many different ways to use it! Here are a few of my favorites...

Paint the lid of a mason jar or create labels to organize your desk.

Label potted plants by either painting only the rim or the entire pot.

Add chalkboard paint to a white dresser. Write notes on top or label drawers.

Paint one cabinet or part of a door in your kitchen. Write notes to family members or never lose your shopping list again!

  1. I have been wanting to use chalkboard paint forever! Hopefully I will get around to it soon. I've never thought of painting the lids of mason jars though, that's a wonderful idea :)

    Thanks for sharing!
