Weekly Wrap-Up

This was an interesting week, to put it mildly. On Wednesday my purple pickled egg photo was featured as the image of the week on Gourmet Live! You can check it out here. I think my favorite part about this photo being featured is how proud my Grandpa would be. He used to make these eggs all the time so I'm sure he'd be pleased to see me carrying on the tradition. 

Now, since it's Friday, I'll leave you with a few of my favorites from the past week...

This dresser makeover has inspired me to add a little something extra to my own dresser, especially since it's pretty much identical to this one.

After seeing these mason jar vases, I have a new use for the leftover spray paint from the egg wreath I made last week.

This silhouette egg DIY makes me want to dye eggs year round!

It's been a while since I've made bread but this sesame pancake sandwich bread recipe has me thinking it's time to change that.

Last but not least, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros released a new song this week and I can't stop listening to it...
