Spinach Artichoke Dip

I recently made some spinach artichoke dip and I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. If you're looking for an easy appetizer for your 4th of July party, this is just perfect!

Ingredients:
  • 1 10oz. package of frozen spinach, thawed (fresh would be delicious too, of course)
  • 2 14oz. cans of artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 8oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped

Mix all of your ingredients in a casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!

  1. This sounds really good, and so easy! Do you know if it reheats well?

  2. I'm going to have to try this recipe! I've made it before with the recipes that call for mayo but the sour cream sounds like it would have a smoother, better taste ;)

    1. I think if you're a big spinach fan, substituting more spinach for the artichokes would be great! :)
