It's Friday! One thing I know I'll definitely be doing this weekend is baking something chocolatey for Father's Day. My homemade brownies are a possibility (batter pictured above)... but I'll probably try something new. Now, since it's Friday, I'll leave you with a few of my favorites from the past week...
Speaking of chocolate recipes, this Guinness chocolate cake recipe via Show & Tell sounds absolutely delicious. I've been meaning to try a recipe using Guinness for a while now!
Another recipe I'm eager to try is this broccoli parmesan fritter recipe from Smitten Kitchen.
These polka dot etched mason jars via A Beautiful Mess are on the top of my to-make list.
Another project I can't wait to try is this sun-printed fabric from How About Orange.
I really enjoyed this post about hand-carved stamps from Design Sponge. My favorites are probably the sloth and the weiner dog.
That pretty much wraps it up. Have a great weekend everyone!
All of this sounds lovely. I love making my own stamps, not THAT good yet but I love that llama one and I've also been dying to try the sun printed fabric! Have a wonderful weekend! xo
ReplyDeleteThanks, Laura! I've been meaning to make some stamps too... well, try to at least. :)
DeleteOh my! I wish I could bake something chocolatey for Father's Day but unfortunately my husband is allergic to chocolate! That photo of the brownie batter looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteAwww... well something like pie or cobbler would be good too!
DeleteThat picture looks delicious! New follower! Love your blog Pretty Lady!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Messy
