Weekly Wrap-Up

I finally saw Moonrise Kingdom last night. I received two free movie passes for Christmas and have been holding on to them since then just waiting for a movie to come along that I had to see. I had a feeling I would really like this movie and that turned out to be quite the understatement. I honestly can't say enough great things about it! My favorite aspect of the movie is definitely the set design. I was drooling over everything item and piece of furniture! If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it! Now, since it's Friday I'll leave you with a list of my favorite finds from the past week...

I've never tried popovers but I just might have to after seeing this recipe from Turntable Kitchen.

Katie of Skunkboy Creatures never ceases to amaze me with her impeccable style, and she's done it again with this dress. I think it might just be one of my favorites.

This honey themed baby shower from A Beautiful Mess is absolutely adorable and something I would never think of!

I've been looking to expand the list of fonts that I use and Jess from I Rock So What just posted this list of awesome free fonts. So useful!

This homemade wrap skirt from Rachel of Smile and Wave is definitely one of the coolest DIYs I came across this week.

That just about wraps it up. Have a great weekend everyone. See you on Monday!

  1. I saw Moonrise Kingdom for the second time this past Tuesday. I love all of Wes Andersons set designs and use of color :) Every year I look forward to a quirky movie that just makes me smile through the whole thing and this year it was Moonrise Kingdom. Last year it was Midnight In Paris.
