I FINALLY found the Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa I've been looking for! I don't know why but I had the hardest time finding it at a local store. Anyway, I decided to make some dark chocolate brownies with it. I used this recipe and I'm so glad I did. Not only are these brownies easy... they're delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine melted butter and cocoa. Stir until dissolved. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time and stir until combined. Stir in vanilla, flour and salt. Do not overmix. Fold in chocolate chips.
Grease an 8" square pan (I decided to use my mini loaf pan instead). Spread the batter evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
I want brownies.
