One of my coworkers came to work today with some peanut butter from the manual peanut butter machines at Whole Foods. It was so delicious that I decided to try making my own at home. I can't believe how simple it is!
I used honey roasted peanuts to give it a nice flavor. I put them in my food processor and ran it for about 5 minutes, adding a little vegetable oil to thin it out.
This is by far some of the best peanut butter I've ever tasted. I definitely recommend giving this a try!
Yum! Ive always wanted to make my own peanut butter so will definatly give this a go! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteNo problem! It's definitely worth the trouble. SO much better than store bought!

DeleteThis looks so delicious! I'm trying to decide whether to get a food processor... do you use yours a lot?
ReplyDeleteI actually used my hand blender with the food processor/chopper attachment...

I love it! It's not as big and bulky as a food processor and you can use it for so many things!
This looks absolutely delicious xo
ReplyDeleteThanks, Alice!
