Pretzel Brownie Easter Nests

Need a cute and easy dessert for Easter Sunday? These little pretzel brownie nests are just that... cute and so easy! Start by preparing your brownie batter. I used this recipe but a brownie mix will work too. Grease a cupcake tin and drop a little batter into each cup. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.

While the brownies are baking, prepare the nests. Use a double boiler (or a microwave) to melt some chocolate chips. I used half a bag. Add two tablespoons of peanut butter. Break pretzel sticks in half (or thirds) and mix those in too.

Keep adding pretzels until the mixture looks like this.

Pop the brownies out of the cupcake tin while they're still a little warm. Add a scoop of the pretzel mixture to each brownie and top with some chocolate eggs.

Put them in the freezer for about 5 minutes so the nests will harden. Let everything come back to room temperature before serving. You might need a glass of milk. These little guys are rich!
